Singapore's GuocoLand ends S$400 million medium-term note program

Madison, Wis., Jan. 12 - GuocoLand Ltd. said that it terminated its S$400 million medium-term note program, effective Wednesday.

The MTN program was established in March 2000. There are no notes issued or outstanding under the program.

Citicorp Investment Bank (Singapore) Ltd. was the arranger and dealer.

GuocoLand is a Singapore-based private residential property developer.
