Moody's cuts Gundle

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the debt ratings of Gundle/SLT Environmental, Inc.

The company's corporate family rating and probability of default ratings were downgraded to B3 from B2, the agency said, noting that the speculative-grade liquidity rating remains at SGL-3 and the outlook is stable.

The ratings downgrade was prompted by Moody's belief that the company's credit metrics are likely to remain at a level more consistent with the B3 ratings category over the intermediate term.
