GulfMark reports $1.16 million operating loss for month ended June 30

Pittsburgh, Aug. 14 – GulfMark Offshore, Inc. reported a $1.16 million operating loss for June on zero revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The net loss for the month was $13.96 million.

In addition, the company had $4.01 million in cash as of June 30.

Houston-based GulfMark Offshore provides marine transportation services to the energy industry. The Chapter 11 case number is 17-11125.
