Moody's gives SGL-2 to GulfMark Offshore

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned GulfMark Offshore, Inc. a speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-2, and affirmed its Ba3 corporate family rating and the B1 rating on GulfMark's $160 million senior notes due 2014.

The outlook is stable.

The action follows GulfMark's recent refinancing of $200 million of senior secured debt due in June 2010.
