India's Gujarat Fluorochemicals to issue convertible bonds up to Rs. 4 billion

New York, Aug. 17 - Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd. said its board of directors is considering the issuance of foreign currency convertible bonds up to Rs. 4 billion.

Proceeds will be used for new projects.

The refrigerant gas manufacturing company is based in Panchmahal, Gujarat, India.
