Moody's upgrades Amadeus

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the long-term issuer and senior unsecured ratings of Amadeus IT Holding, SA and its guaranteed subsidiaries to Baa2 from Baa3.

The outlook remains stable.

Moody's said the upgrade acknowledges Amadeus's strong underlying operating performance - resulting in continuous deleveraging and improvement of cash flow metrics - that the company has exhibited since Moody's first assigned the ratings in 2011.
