Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 12 - Amacore Group, Inc. completed a $2.5 million private placement of its series I convertible preferred stock on Nov. 6, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 250 preferreds to Vicis Capital Master Fund.
Vicis also received warrants for 28,125,000 class A common shares.
Based in Tampa, Fla., Amacore provides health-related membership benefit programs and insurance programs to individuals, families and employer groups in the United States.
