New Issue: Guatemala sells upsized $330 million 30-year bonds to yield 8 1/8%

New York, Sept. 29 - The Republic of Guatemala priced an upsized $330 million offering of 30-year bonds (Ba2/BB-) Wednesday at par to yield 8 1/8%, or 403 basis points over Treasuries, according to a market source.

The bonds were increased from $300 million and carry a 15-year put option.

Citigroup ran the Rule 144A/Regulation S bond offering.
