New Issue: Guam Waterworks Authority sells $143.31 million water revenue bonds

New York, Feb. 10 – The Guam Waterworks Authority sold $143.31 million of series 2016 water and wastewater system revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Baa2/A-/BBB-) were sold through senior managers Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Barclays.

The bonds are due 2020 to 2031 with term bonds due in 2036 and 2046. The serial bonds have 5% coupons. The 2036 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 114.612, and the 2046 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 111.639.

Proceeds will be used to fund capital improvements to the government’s water and wastewater systems.
