Guam Waterworks to sell $143.31 million water, wastewater bonds

New York, Feb. 1 – The Guam Waterworks Authority is expected to price $143.31 million of series 2016 water and wastewater system revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Baa2/A-/BBB-) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Barclays.

The bonds are due 2020 to 2036 with term bonds due in 2041 and 2046.

Proceeds will be used to fund capital improvements to the government’s water and wastewater systems.
