By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Nov. 6 - Guala Closures SpA plans to host an investor conference call on Wednesday to discuss its €275 million offering of seven-year senior secured floating-rate notes (expected ratings B1/B), according to a market source.

Joint bookrunner Credit Suisse will bill and deliver. Banca IMI, Natixis and UniCredit are also joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with one year of call protection.

The Alessandria, Italy-based manufacturer of closures for beverage containers plans to use the proceeds to repay bank debt.
