GTT Communications sets Thursday bank meeting for $450 million credit facility

Portland, Ore., Sept. 28 – GTT Communications Inc. plans a bank meeting on Thursday for a $450 million credit facility, according to a market source.

The facility has a $400 million term loan B and a $50 million revolver.

KeyBanc Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the arrangers.

The McLean, Va., provider of cloud networking services plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt and to fund the acquisition of One Source Networks.
