GTL Infrastructure board forms committee to finalize restructuring

Pittsburgh, July 3 - GTL Infrastructure Ltd.'s board has formed a subcommittee to negotiate and finalize the terms for a restructuring of its foreign currency convertible bonds, according to a news release.

The company said the board considered the restructuring proposal at a meeting held Tuesday.

According to the release, any decision of the subcommittee will be subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India, CDR lenders, shareholders and other regulating authorities as required.

Mumbai, India-based GTL Infrastructure is a shared user infrastructure company that provides telecom infrastructure to multiple service providers.
