GSS America Infotech will consider convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 28 - GSS America Infotech Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will vote on plans to issue convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on Sept. 2.

The company also is considering Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts and qualified institutional placements.

Based in Hyderabad, India, GSS America Infotech is an information technology services provider, specializing in IT consulting, IT infrastructure management services and enterprise application integration.
