GSI Group's plan confirmation hearing continued until March 12

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 24 - GSI Group, Inc.'s hearing to confirm its first modified joint plan of reorganization was continued to March 12 from Feb. 26, according to an agenda filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Bedford, Mass.-based GSI makes precision motion component products, lasers and laser-based manufacturing systems. The company filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 20. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-14109.
