Olympia, Wash., Feb. 12 – GS Finance Corp. priced $521,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Feb. 14, 2025 linked to the Motif Capital National Defense 7 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 5% if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual review date.
The call level will be 102.5% of the initial level for the Feb. 1, 2021 review date, stepping up by 250 basis points on each subsequent call review date up to 110% of the initial level on the Jan. 31, 2024 final review date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
