Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 27 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.2 million of 0% autocallable notes due Jan. 25, 2030 linked to the GS Momentum Builder Multi-Asset 5S ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 9.25% per year if the index closes at or above its call level on any semiannual review date. The call level will be 100.825% of the initial level for the July 21, 2020 review date, stepping up by 82.5 basis points on each subsequent call review date up to 115.675% of the initial level on the July 23, 2029 final review date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
