Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 22 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.69 million of 0% buffered notes due Aug. 21, 2024 linked to an equally weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The basket consists of the MSCI EAFE index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, each with a 50% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 30.65% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 30.65%.
