New Issue: GS Finance sells $513,000 leveraged notes on emerging markets index

Columbus, Ohio, June 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $513,000 of 0% leveraged index-linked notes due July 9, 2020 tied to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus 1.24 times any index gain.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
