New Issue: GS Finance sells $847,000 digital notes on S&P 500

Chicago, June 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $847,000 of 0% digital notes due June 11, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index return is at least 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,425 per $1,000 principal amount.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the index.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
