Olympia, Wash., March 27 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.51 million of 2% notes due March 30, 2026 linked to the Motif Capital National Defense 7 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
If the index finishes at or above the 114% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return minus 14%.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
