Columbus, Ohio, March 18 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.42 million of 0% autocallable notes due March 30, 2026 linked to the GS Momentum Builder Multi-Asset 5S ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 5% if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual review date. The call level will be 100.9% of the initial level for the March 16, 2020 review date, stepping up by 90 basis points on each subsequent call review date up to 104.5% of the initial level on the March 14, 2025 final review date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
