Olympia, Wash., Jan. 30 – GS Finance Corp. priced $284,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Feb. 12, 2029 linked to the Motif Capital National Defense 7 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
After one year, the notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 9% if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual review date. The call level will be 102% of the initial level for the Jan. 28, 2020 review date, stepping up by 200 basis points on each subsequent call review date up to 118% of the initial level on the Jan. 28, 2028 final review date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
