New Issue: GS Finance sells $233,000 5.5% callable fixed coupon notes on S&P, Stoxx

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 11 – GS Finance Corp. priced $233,000 of 5.5% callable fixed coupon notes due Jan. 14, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable at par on any contingent coupon payment date beginning in July.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index falls by more than 15%, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses of the lesser performing index beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
