Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 18 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.42 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 3, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 19.3%.
If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as a dealer.
