New Issue: Goldman sells $551,000 two-year digital notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 14 – GS Finance Corp. priced $551,000 of 0% digital notes due Dec. 2, 2020 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above its 90% threshold, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,115 per $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
