Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 7 – GS Finance Corp. priced $503,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Nov. 12, 2025 linked to the Motif Capital National Defense 7 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index closes at or above the applicable call level on any annual call observation date, the notes will be automatically called at par plus a call return of 9% per year. The call level will be 102.9% of the initial level for the first call observation date on Oct. 28, 2019 and steps up by 290 basis points each year to a call level of 117.4% of the initial level for the final call observation date on Oct. 28, 2024.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
