New Issue: Citigroup prices $708,000 buffered notes tied to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – GS Finance Corp. priced $708,000 of 0% buffered notes due Oct. 27, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,300 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 40% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 40%.
