Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 20 – GS Finance Corp. priced $20 million of 0% autocallable notes due Sept. 5, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 9.1% a year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 91% if the index finishes at or above its initial level.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the final index level from its initial level.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
