Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 8 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.09 million of 0% autocallable notes due Aug. 11, 2025 linked to the Motif Capital Aging of America 7 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index closes at or above the applicable call level on any annual call observation date, the notes will be automatically called at par plus a call return of 12% per year. The call level will be 103.9% of the initial level for the first call observation date on July 26, 2019 and steps up by 390 basis points each year to a call level of 123.4% of the initial level for the final call observation date on July 26, 2024.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
