New Issue: Goldman sells $889,000 autocalls tied to Motif Capital National Defense

Chicago, July 19 – GS Finance Corp. priced $889,000 of 0% autocallable notes due July 28, 2025 linked to the Motif Capital National Defense 7 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 12% if index closes at or above the call level on any annual call date.

The call level will be 103.9% of the initial level on the first call review date, stepping up by 390 basis points on each subsequent call review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
