Chicago, June 4 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.99 million of 4.57% fixed coupon buffered notes due May 30, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 15%, in which case exposure to losses beyond buffer.
The guarantor is Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
