GS Finance to price 13-month digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 19 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% 13-month digital notes linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be $1,073.50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.

The Cusip number is 400545AFR3.
