New Issue: Goldman sells $492,000 of autocallables due 2023 on GS Momentum Builder

Chicago, Dec. 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $492,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Jan. 5, 2023 linked to the GS Momentum Builder Multi-Asset 5S ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 9% if index closes at or above the call level on any annual call date. The call level will be 103.25% of the initial level on the first call review date of Dec. 20, 2018, stepping up by 325 basis points on each subsequent call review date to a final level of 113% on Dec. 20, 2021.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.
