Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 6 – GS Finance Corp. priced $7.55 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 5, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 21.45%.
If the index falls, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as dealer.
