Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.91 million of 0% autocallable notes due Oct. 10, 2024 linked to the GS Momentum Builder Multi-Asset 5S ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annual call premium of 9% if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual review date. The call level is 103.25% of the initial index level for the Sept. 26, 2018 review date and steps up by 325 basis points on each subsequent call review date, reaching 119.5% of the initial index level on Sept. 28, 2023.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par.
