Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 18 – GS Finance Corp. priced $4.86 million of 0% buffered notes due Sept. 15, 2021 linked to the Bloomberg Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
