Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 10 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1 million of autocallable contingent coupon notes due Feb. 11, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will pay a semiannual contingent coupon at an annual rate of 9.3% if the index closes at or above its trigger level, 75% of its initial level, on the determination date for that period.
The notes will be automatically called at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any coupon determination date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless the index finishes below its trigger, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
