New Issue: GS Finance prices $10 million autocallables linked to S&P 500, Euro Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 12 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.95 million of 0% autocallable notes due Oct. 13, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 8.65% per year if each index’s closing level on any annual call observation date is greater than or equal to its initial level.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 43.25% if each index finishes at or above 60% of its initial level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index.
