Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 16 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 16, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of any fund gain, up to a maximum payment of $13.50 per PLUS.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
