Goldman Sachs plans three-month notes linked to MSCI Europe

Chicago, April 20 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% notes due July 26, 2016 linked to the MSCI Europe index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be 101.45% of the index return.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will price on April 21 and settle on April 26.

The Cusip number is 40054KAY2.
