Goldman plans 18- to 21-month digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, April 11 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% 18- to 21-month digital notes linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the maximum settlement amount of $1,098 to $1,115 for each $1,000 principal amount. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
