Columbus, Ohio, March 28 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.26 million of 0% Dow Jones industrial average-linked notes due March 28, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus any index gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,800 per $1,000 of notes.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
