Knoxville, Tenn., March 16 – GS Finance Corp. priced $9.15 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due March 16, 2020 linked to the S&P 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 149% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 25% or less and will lose 1.3333% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 25%.
