New Issue: GS Finance prices $9.24 million trigger autocallable notes linked to Russell

Columbus, Ohio, April 25 – GS Finance Corp. priced $9.24 million of 0% trigger autocallable notes due April 24, 2029 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par of $10 plus a call return of 9.55% per year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call observation date after one year.

If the index’s final level is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 47.75%.

Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 25% and will have full exposure to index decline if it declines by more than 25%.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter with UBS Financial Services Inc. as selling agent.
