Chicago, April 22 – GS Finance Corp. priced $733,000 of callable contingent coupon index-linked notes due Oct. 30, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a quarterly coupon of 7.2%, paid if the index closes above 70% of its initial level on the related observation date.
The securities may be called starting in January 2025 at par and on any subsequent quarterly coupon payment date.
If the index gains or ends above its 65% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
