New Issue: GS Finance sells $11.95 million trigger callable yield notes on indexes

Columbus, Ohio, April 15 – GS Finance Corp. priced $11.95 million of 7.4% trigger callable yield notes due July 15, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be callable at par of $10 plus the coupon on any monthly payment date after six months.

The payout at maturity will be par if each index finishes at or above the 65% downside threshold.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
