Columbus, Ohio, March 7 – GS Finance Corp. priced $10 million of 0% digital commodity-linked notes due April 17, 2025 linked to the performance of an ICE Brent Crude futures contract, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the commodity finishes at or above its 60% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.05%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the commodity declines from initial level.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent, with UBS Financial Services Inc. as selling agent.
