New Issue: GS Finance prices $505,000 autocallable notes on BlackRock Dynamic Factor

Chicago, Feb. 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $505,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due June 30, 2028 linked to the BlackRock Dynamic Factor index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically redeemed early at par plus an annualized 14% call return if the index closes above its call level on any annual call observation date. The first call level is 102% of the initial level with a 2% increase each year.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. If the index return is zero or negative, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
