New Issue: GS Finance prices $874,000 autocallable buffered notes on S&P 500 Futures Excess Return

Chicago, Feb. 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $874,000 of 0% autocallable buffered index-linked notes due Dec. 31, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 12% if the index closes at or above its initial level on Jan. 6, 2025.

If the notes are not called and the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% loss beyond 20%.
